Part 1, the 7th Regt. of the 1st Cav. Div. enters Tokyo for occupation duty. Gen. Chase congratulates the first soldier to enter. The U.S. flag is raised over the U.S. Legation in Tokyo as Gen, MacArthur and Adm. Halsey arrive. Joseph Meisinger, Gestapo officer, surrenders to two war correspondents near Mount Fujiyama. Part 2 shows U.S. troops vacationing in the Swiss Alps. Part 3, Japanese Gen. Yamashita surrenders his troops on Luzon to Gen. Wainwright and British Gen. Percival at Baguio, P.I. He and his staff are taken to cells in Bilibid Prison. Part 4, football: Michigan vs. Great Lakes Naval Training Station. Part 5 is a trailer on rationing.
